Seems like a lot of things happened already. Especially this coming festival time. Roberry, rape case, snatch thief, kidnapping and now the most serious one is murder. Well this is not a ordinary murder but a kind of violent murder.
The story goes as a girl kidnapped and then murdered by the kindappers by cutting the girl into pieces and stuffed into a bag.Right now, goverment,ministry or whatsoever is trying to find a way so that parents can be more responsible in taking care of their own child.
According to Law Under Section 33 of the Act, parents or guardians found guilty of leaving their child, can be fined a maximum of RM5,000 or jailed no more than two years or both. So there's a possibilities that the parents will be sued in court for leaving their child alone.
This is a very good way to punish those irresponsible parents/guardians but what if the parents had a other child to raise? Is that really a good way and what would it affects to the child when they grow up without parents for 2 years?
I believe some would agree with the punishment and some not. But if the parents are defaulted to the Law punishment as stated, then i'll totally not agree with it. The solution mustn't let the child to experience life without parents.
