My heartiest condolences to the family of bereaved passengers.
May the souls rest in peace. The ferry boats should have life
saving boats in the case of emergency or any tragedy along with proper valid licence and also with proper fitness certificates. The insurance must be mandatory for all the ferry passengers. The insurance doesn't only cover your baggage,
all illness and accidents, but also it compensate your family if one meet an accidental death while on trip.

My heartiest condolences are with the families of the deceased passengers. Its really sad that a joyful trip ended in such a tragedy. I completely agree with drmathew that it should be made compulsory to carry lifesaving boats by the ferries. Regular check up of valid papers and license of the ferry boats is utmost important. The ferry
passengers must take the advantage of the insurance facilities too.
